Email us your EPK or BIO, ONE ORIGINAL SONG, and a video link of your band performing live to kroakingfrogmarketing@gmail.com  by August 10th.

8 submissions will be chosen to advance to the next round.

Judgement day:  AUGUST 16TH, 2025 via Instagram 

two out of the 8 will be chosen to compete live on October 4, 2025 in Athens GA  

On September 1st we will announce the two final bands to compete for a 45 minute set in NAIVASHA KENYA in December.

• on October 4,2025,  two Bands will perform a 20 minute set and be judged on ORIGINALITY, PERFORMANCE , STYLE, TICKET SALES.
• Out of the 2 , one will be chosen to perform in Naivasha Kenya in December 2025!!!

Calling all Musicians… It’s time to ESCAPE THE WINTER by Competing in our Band Competition for 2025. Submission deadline is August 10, 2025.

Kroaking Frog Marketing /// Mastalock Ent

• The competition is open to bands of all genre.
• Bands at any stage of their career may enter provided they are not signed to a major label.
• All members must be 21 years of age or above.
• 1st Round event….Bands will perform a 10 minute set of their original music.
• Entrants must be able to perform their songs live. Pre-recorded tracks are not permitted.

Escape the Winter 2025 Competition Dates

• Entries are due by Midnight on August 10, 2025.
• The finalists will be notified of their acceptance into the live finals by September 1, 2025.
• Bands must be available to perform live on October 4, 2025.

The 2025 Prize Package for the winner:

• Live performance in Navaisha Kenya on December 12th 2025
• Marketing and Promotion package from Kroaking Frog Promotion

How to Enter ESCAPE THE WINTER

• To be considered, send mp3 recordings or web links to audio recordings for two original songs, each under 6 minutes in length, PLUS link to a video recording of a live performance, kroakingfrogmarketing@gmail.com.
  The following contact information must accompany your entry: Band’s Name, Email & Phone Number
• There is a $150 application fee. 
• By entering the competition, you’re assuring us that, if selected, your entire band will be available to perform on the evening of OCTOBER 4th, starting at 7 PM.
• We must receive your files or web links no later than August 10, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
• A screening committee will review all entries, select the finalists and notify all entrants of their decision by August 10th, 2025. The competition will take place in ATHENS, GA on OCTOBER 4th!   GOOD LUCK!!!
